  • Do I need to make an appointment if I want to try something on in person?

    Yes, please! The Stella Atomic salon is by appointment only due to the type of service we provide. We wish to give clients a comfortable space to shop privately at an agreed-upon time. We do not charge an appointment fee and you are not obligated to make a purchase.

  • Is parking available?

    Due to the nature of the studio’s downtown location, guest parking is not included. Public parking is available on the street and nearby parking garages.

  • What if I just want to browse, is that okay?

    Of course. We welcome all guests and there is no obligation to purchase. You must make an appointment, however.

  • Can I bring guests with me?

    Yes, you can bring guests with you for your scheduled appointment. The studio is not a traditional store. If you wish to bring additional guests, please email us so we can accommodate you before your visit.

  • Can my guests also try on clothes?

    Absolutely, but please keep in mind there is only one dressing area so everyone will need to take turns when trying on clothing.

  • Do you provide alterations?

    No, we do not provide alterations of any kind. Alterations are not included in the price of your purchase.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    The Stella Atomic studio accepts most credit cards for in-person shopping. Online shopping accepts credit cards and interest-free payments with Afterpay.

  • What is your return and exchange policy?

    We have a strict no returns/exchanges policy for in-store, online and Instagram purchases. All sales are final.

  • You offer payment options for online purchases. Do you offer those for in-person purchases?

    No. The payment options offered online are through a second-party provider. Purchases made in the studio are paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • Do you offer shipping?

    Shipping is offered only for online purchases. We do not provide shipping when shopping in person.
