Utterly amazing 1970s Neil Bieff and Arturo Herrera silk and sequin black blouse and skirt. The lightweight design was made for the dance crowd of the era making for stunning movement. The sheer blouse is bursting with colorful sequin designs in the front and back in shades of blue, purple, pink, yellow, and black. The gorgeous sequin designs run down the shoulder to midway down the sleeves. The blouse can be worn open or with the silk sheer belt that comes with it. The top is unlined.

The skirt is wrapped in black sequins with a cluster of blue sequins (14 rows) draping down the front for a pop of color. You’ll find shoulder pads in this piece. They’re on the small side and can be removed depending on preference. The skirt has a little bit of stretch to it so it can fit up to a Small, possibly a Medium. There is a slit on the skirt and it is fully lined.

It is extremely rare to find a matching top and skirt, so this is a gem!
