This vintage black, red, and white Mignon dress designed by Dorothy Farbo is a layered piece of floral gorgeousness. It has a one-shoulder bodice, and a large fabric flower off center to the right. The flower sits on a gathered layer which sits upon a wider layer around the dress, giving it added fullness. The bright red under-layer provides the perfect amount of dramatic effect. There is floral detailing throughout the black portion of the dress in addition to the red flowers and white leafing. This glorious dress is fully lined and quite heavy. There is a side zipper closure with side hook. Definitely one of a kind, circa early 80’s but looks very 1950’s.
